In starting Shopclues is little bit good site, there are genuine offers like Hit spray in 29 rupees I have recieved. But now a days, the customer service plus product as described not good.
Recently my two experiences was not good with shopclues. Last year, I have bought stainless steel utensil from shoclues, its was prepaid, cost was around 129 after discount, but I have received different product as they described. So I did call for return and refund. return is easy but refund, I never forget it took 1 month plus lots of patience on call, not good service from customer care, every time I have to tell whole matter to everyone there, and call charges plus above 20 minutes waiting.
This was first experience. This year in month of May, I have bought few products via shopclues voucher that I have bought from shopclues only at 20 rupees each. I have order ID in my account still they, they showed shipped too but never delivered at my address, still not delivered. When I try to complaint them, than they repeat same line like - are you listening me Manju ji?
or just say keep hold.this continues for 10 minutes so after irritated I cut the call.
So, I just say do not go waste time here.
