Shopclues is very bad website for online shopping. It sells cheap chinese products. The packaging is also not good. Customer complaints are also not taken seriously. You will have to followup like 100 times after that they will give you refund in the form of cluebucks.
The only positive aspect about this website is it sells cheap products, infact very cheap products. Many a times they have insane sales and sell product for 1 rs but most of the time they cancel the order afterwards without informing you which is the worst marketing strategy
