Hello guys. I happened to visit this website from facebook suggestion and I really found that they have some good deals. Because of which I happen to book a samsung laptop bag for 570. Yes, that’s true. It was too good a deal. In the product specifications it was mentioned that 1 year warrant as well. I felt that this is it. I needed a bag for my daily travel and I felt this was my thing.
I bought it but as soon as I opened the packet I could see it was a cheap duplicate that you will get at the FOB’s on every station. I was thoroughly disappointed and also called shopclues to complain the same but they did not help me. Plus the amount of wait time to reach a customer care executive was tiring for me to call them time and again. And I gave up. You can consider it my fault that I did not go after their life, but that’s not me. Anyways, coming to the product. As I said it was of very cheap quality. And within a week the upper part of one chain broke off. In a month the interior of the first section started tearing off from within. All that I carried in the bag was a laptop, charger, one water bottle of 1 litre and a tiffin. I feel that any bag should have the capacity to house this stuff. Plus it said that it was water proof, trusting which I exposed it to slight drizzle but ALAS! it wasn’t a bit water resistant.
I am thoroughly disappointed with shopclues because of the worst quality of product that they had provided.
