I have bought a Lifeline Exercise Cycle 1-2yrs back. The quality was good, The delivery time could have been better. But it’s not on them but their courier partner too.
But lately I bought and cancelled an order amounting Rs.6500. Mailed them many times and got positive reply and not like most other E shopping website. They refunded the money after 1.5 months but at least I got my money back.
So if you tell them in a good manner they will for sure get your work done. Refund on other website takes in form of E cash which takes about 2-3 days only. I even asked them about E cash they said yes we would provide you but they went for Debit Card Reverse return and took 1.5 months of time giving headache to me.
