Shopclues is considered one of the best shopping sites, but my experience with it was not that good.Few weeks back I ordered neodymium earth magnets which charged me a sum of 259 rupees. It showed that it will be delivered within 4 days. But it has been more than two weeks and yet not recieved and when tracking always showing it is dispatched and has reached the nearest hub to me.My life just got stuck because of this. On complaining, they never replied to my mails and messages.Now I can say that it has cheated on me.
My experience with Shopclues was just hilarious and I am gonna never try it again. My stuff is yet not reached to me. I will advise you all not to useand shop on this site. You may try other online shopping sites which are far better than this. Also it looks does not attract much and the app design is not that much good. Customer service is also very bad.
