I orders some of the clothes from Shopclues order ID: 116225481, 116225479, 116225478. the product I received was of very bad quality and I requested the return for the same. No one came to pick the product, I have not received my money back from Shopclues.

We at ShopClues are always keen to resolve our customer’s query in an expeditious manner and provide the best experience possible.
I have already shared the feedback I didn’t liked the quality of the product so I want to return it. What else information they want. They dont even try to call the customer to ask what is the issue.
Dont ever buy any Apparel from Shopclues. They are not at all worth it.
