I purchased a face mask and they deliver me very chip quality mask,
Material is so cheap that even you don’t want to clean your fersh.
Sach a tiny size that my head is not getting fit into it.I contacted the coustomer service and they bluntly replied me that they cannot return or exchange it.
This was my third shopping experience from shopclue and the worst ever experience also.
Before this I purchase casual shirt and curchiefs were free with this.But when I received it they didn’t send me free curchiefs.
When contacted they repied that they are sending me link with which I can return shirt and get my money back but still waiting for the link.My suggestion is never try to shop from shopclue .they will disappoint you.
