I had purchased wall clock from Shopclues website and it is cheaper price Rs.199 instead of the original price Rs.499. They specified 7 to 9 days delivery but it reached on 12th day. The pack was torn and the way the delivery person given was so pathetic. I think they kept heavy package on it in delivery so that the wall clock pack had broken due to light cardboard box. The wall clock has some scratches and it is dusty. I think they given second hand item or used item. I was very much disappointed and called the customer care person. He replied that I will get refund within one week but not received the refund. Overall, it is worst experience for me. My suggestion is don’t buy any item from this website if you have time better go directly to shop and buy. Don’t prey to very attractive lowest price tag.
