Shopclues is a very poor E-commerce site. I had used their service 5-6 times, but every time I was totally disappointed either due to price when compared to other giants like Amazon/Flipkart or in term of service. Shopclues’s website is also poor.
Their search generally shows product with are not relevant, so you have to go through categories list to search your product, so its take too much of time. The product descriptions are also very small.The sellers always ships duplicate products and does not accept return in most of the cases.
