Shopclues is a bunch of idiots, running e-commerce business. to do business know your customers first. by doing business without ethics and good business values , u are killing your own business. Shopclues is a very sad online shopping website... Pls don’t buy from here. To substantiate it ill give 5 points from my experience.
Longest delivery time, 8-12 days
Customer support number always busy. eg: estimated hold time is 16 mins. Don’t we have any other work besides waiting for shopclues support to answer our calls.
They send you confirmation sms and mail about the delivery, when I have not received it.
The delivery guys update the status as person not available at home, when I was there at home .
Delivery guys doesn’t even call you to ask you about your parcel.
One tip: Please, atleast learn from other online businesses such as FLIPKART, SNAPDEAL ETC.. else your practices will lead you to close it one day...
