Selling Duplicate and Damaged products

My friend ordered a Sony Vaio laptop bag on Shopclues 3 weeks back. The delivered it within 4 days. I must say their delivery was excellent. And when he opened the pack he felt something fishy about the product. The Vaio label looked dull and we came to know that it its a duplicate one. Adding to this there was a damage in the strap. He asked for return and refund.


For 4 days nobody showed up for picking the item. So he called their customer service and they were not picking the phone. At last they picked the phone at the fifth try. Again days passed and nobody came for picking the item. He again tried and tried finally someone came and picked the item. But they told some amount they cut for(Duplicate and Damaged Product) delivery charge. And he said ok fine, at-least something he will get back.


He is still waiting for the refund like a heroine from some bollywood soap opera.
