This is the worst stop for online shopping as I have ordered 35 products at 1 time and my experience was:
Product quality was very very low and does not value for money for the product.
Customer care representatives were very unprofessional.
When I raised for return of some of my products they straight away rejected the request without giving proper justification.
For one of the product the price taken was 194 rs but after receiving the product insaq that MRP on it was 153 rs. But that also they don’t consider.
Please refarain feom this bullshit site as there are many other online options available in the market which provides free home delivery for most of the products and ShopClues charge for every order.
- If u won’t value your customers, after some days u will feel that ur customers are not giving any value to you and u are gone like anything.
