I bought a mini sewing machine from the shopclues and whn I got it delivered to my house some parts of the product was missing. Whn I called the customer service they said they had some technical issues and that they cannot give any update onnthe same. So I called them back after a day.
On that they said that the number of days are exceeded for the complaint to be lodged.
On explaining them the scenario they were not ready to listen that I had called them and there was an issue at their end. I did not get any refund back n I was in a loss. its a very stupid site dont buy anythibg from there
