Not Upto the the mark and Bad Service

I was looking for an particular outdated adapter on Online stores and finally found it on Shopclues.


That’s the first thing I purchased from ShopClues.


When I received it, I opened it, it was faulty. So, I requested a refund. And after so many tussle and chasingg I got my refund almost after a month. I felt very bad. Why to sell damaged product? And their refund policy is pretty poor.


Second thing I bought was 4 LED bulbs on an offer and I checked that my orders were auto rejected after 3 days. That made me mad. I called Customer care and they are so poor and couldn’t give me any valid information. In future I won’t buy anything from Shopclues and I won’t recommend anyone to buy products from them.
