Long time age, I was open this website and saw many discount in every products and I was select a bag which discount was 107% I am shocked and try to btought that and add that product to cart and process for check out. After that it show delivery charge 499 and minus by 7% of product rate. After that it too high cost from others site or local market. I never ordered this.
But my friend force me to order three short boxer which price 399. Actually this price is good for good quality short. Finally I orderd and recieved it after more than 15days from orderd, but website show me only 5 to 7 days maximum. Main thing is I received short boxer pack of three but not exact show in website. Totally diferent. It’s cost 60 rupees each in local footpath and temporary stalls.
Very disipointed. I am forgeted beacuse short ordered by my friend and he pay for this. After a week my bro ordered a reebok sunglass but recieved only reebok box and normal sunglass. That means thay cheat us and sell duplicate products.
I have more experience on shopclues.com beacuse I tried more than 10 products of this cheater website and always cheated by them.

1) You can’t received genuine products.
2) You may be cheated by high discount offers.
3) Lazy delivery service.
4) No return policy.
5) If you found broken or damage products they not be responsible for this.
6) Poor customer service. ( No need custoner service if they can’t return or exchange products)
7) They sale duplicate products.
8) You can’t find any discount on SD card, Pan drive, HDD, others electronics products. Beacuse they can’t add duplicate products for those.
9) Website not so good. Normal layout. Not user friendly.
10) Every person salling their products on shopclues.com but company never check sallers details, products sample or others. ( I am also sale 2 or 3 products on this website)
11) Limited delivery location.
12) Third party products saller.
Above write review is my personal experience and I tried more than 50 times to understand their services and finally found they are not as I think. I expensed more than 3000 for understand.
