Dear shopclues I lost faith in you, customer support care have no manner how to deal with their customer. They all are mad. Shopclues should be registered as a big scam. Shopclues is no more trust worthly. They said 48hours resolution time, but even after 80hours there’s is no resolution. This is really pathetic service. It was big mistake buying from shopclues. Don’t buy any product from shopclues. Can’t imagine their high customer service worse tha shopclues. Please invest some money in customer care service. My money 20k is still lying with them seems their 2days timeline never ends. Other website like flicker, snapdeal provide refund within 3 days. Disappointed.
