I have purchased one jaw dropping deal from shopclues few days back and it showed as item shipped within 2 days of purchase.
When I entered the tracking number on their transport partners website wwwindiaontime.com - to my amazement; there was no records for such tracking numbers.
After waiting for some more days, I called shopclues customer care and after several efforts I was able to connect on that STD paid help line !!! The person on helpline confirmed that there is an error "SOMEWHERE" and he is raising a ticket for the same and he will update the status on email within 24 hours.

The issue is escalated to their seniors in their organization and they are trying to track shipment status with courier company. The next day, I called courier company on +91-80-4933-4933 and they told that there was no such package handed over to them !!!!
My question is -
If they dont ship the packages, how they are generating dummy AWB numbers ?
Why they do such malpractices ?
Is there any remedy to throw these guys out of business from India so we can get clean online shopping experience ?
