I have a mixed feelings about shopclues online shopping site.
I never buy too many products from shopclues but with a limited experience .this site is neither good nor bad also.
I buy a product of magnetic electronics screw drivers set. the product is absolutely of poor quality because the magnet use in the product is quite weak. so it is really hard to use this product.
This product price is 160/-.so I registered a complain in their customer service and assure as they will solve the problem.but they take too much to take a action so I have to remember them once again and finally after the 21 days of the delivery of the product they exchanged it with the new one and better one.
so my suggestion is before buying any product from shopclues check the product review properly.as it is help to choose the right one.
