Shopclues.com is lagging way behind in term of competitions with its peers be it Amazon, Flipkart or any other. Whether it’s product quality or be it delivery time it is not satisfying. A customer hardly gets satisfied when he/she purchases a product from this site. I too have tried it 4 times by ordering different products like VESTS, BIKE COVER, WATCH and MOBILE COVER. All these products were shipped to my address in about 10-12 days which is too late. Among these onl Mobile cover was as per my expectations all others failing the same. The website loading time is too long and without high speed Internet it causes loading error. Hard to say that site can be relied upon. Improvement in customer support and satisfaction is required for better performance.
