I would like to put my purchase experience with this online shopping site called Shopclues.com. I bought some products from their popular "Sunday Flea Market" and giving you the feedback about the quality of the products and their delivery and refund support.
A) First of all I brought a Travel Neck Pillow with buy one get one free offer. It took 4-5 days to delivery and they delivered only 1 instead of 2. Then I placed a return request, it took them 7 days to process and another 10 days to refund the money, that too after sending repeated emails.
B) 15 days back I brought a sony power bank 10000mAh in their sunday flea market. As usual it took 6 days to deliver it, and they sent a 20000mAh sony powerbank. I used it and found it was not original, as I have an original sony power bank. So I placed a return request and its more thank 8 days, still they are processing the return the request.
So one should be careful before buying anything from shopclues.
