Shopclues is a very bad site and they sell cheap duplicate products. I ordered a tommy wallet from them and received a duplicate one. I had to raise many complaints and finally after a few days they refunded my money.
But this refund was a pain. It took me a lot of trouble to go through. Even after sending them the pictures of the product, they were not ready to accept. But finally accepted when it was shown on their facebook page.
