Order History is missing

Hi,


I’m Shrikanth and placed order on 11th Sept 2014


Order # 20192779


My Email id is  shrikanthnk@gmail.com .


However I don’t see my order  under order history.  further I can’t track my order  with  order#  and email too.


I contacted support team to look into this issue  but  even then they couldn’t fix this issue.


Please help
