I placed one order on 11 Dec Videocon LED TV Rs.20598 #9294607 and made payment via credit card, but due so some reasons I have cancelled that order on 12 Dec .After that Shopclues called me 3 or 4 times asking the reason, I told them to refund the amount I don’t need that product anymore.It has been almost 1 month but the amount has not been refunded, I have given almost 20-25 calls but every time they are telling me to wait for 24-48 hours for the refund/solution.
In the beginning they told me to wait for 15 days and now when 15 days have been passed they are telling me that your refund was failed and it is continuously failing. Everyday I am calling them and getting same reply to wait 24-48 hours. My billing date of credit card is 20th and same this I have told them, today morning I call them and now they are telling that refund will take 3-4 days more
They have the worst customer care service, don’t ever buy anything from Shopclues because they sell duplicate products too.
