With my personal experience I came to a conclusion not to further buy any products on shopclues.I was very disappointed the first time I ordered a pair of branded socks on shopclues app.I received a second- hand quality product which is very different from what I have ordered.It took over 13 days for them to deliver my product which is a very far amount of response time compared to other online shopping sites.
It shows their negligence and not a customer friendly approach.I hope it changes soon the way shopclues works so that customers like me feel delighted to continue their shopping through shopclues again.
