Defective product. No Refunds. ShopClue -- Clueles

Hi,


I ordered 2 products AT SHOPCLUES:


1) CAR MOUNT MOBILE HOLDER - For all Handset and Cars  Code: 563255


=> The product DOES NOT stick to windscreen  i.e. product is faulty.


2) Mobis Universal Usb To Micro Usb Cable for Mobile Phones  Code: 821810


=> Micro USB connector is big in length. Resulting in a portion of connector always poping out from mobile . Don't know if this is a faulty design or faulty product.


Shopclues promised  refund multiple times. But REFUNDS never happened.


SMART RETAILER. -- SENDS PROMISED PRODUCTS BUT FAULTY.


DON'T RISK YOUR MONEY FOR CHANCES.

=> The product should stick to windscreen after the product is locked.


The holder doesnot stick and falls. i.e. product is faulty.
