Hello guys I am subrata today I am share my experience with shopclues.com. It is very bad website ever. All products are fake. I am bought a wrist watch 2 years ago worth rs 195 with cash on delivery option. Shopclues.com show in my order option the product will be delivered within 5-6 days. The product will be delivered 9 days after placing order. The watch was very nice in look after 3 month use the watch was not working as well as I am contact to the customer care of the shopclues.com. But no response from the customer care. Then I go to a watch repair shop to repair the watch. It will take rs 50 to change the machine and battery of the watch. Now my watch working good condition
