I have ordered Nokia Lumia 520 mobile phone through Shopclues on 12-Jan-2014 but didn’t receive the product till now. I called many times asking for the product but they always make different excuses like, currently product is out of stock, we would arrange and send to you within 7 days and after that they say that they have transferred the order to different merchant, then the order is not available for shipping to your location.
So I have provided different pin code then they said that they can deliver product to my location& after 2 days they cancelled the order saying that they can’t deliver product to even that location also. Actually they want to refund my money after keeping more than 18 days with them.
Whenever I called them they say to cancel the order only& make many excuses. Please resolve this issue. Order id:10201883. Order date: 12-01-2014 transferred to different merchant.
