Defected AC delivered with gas and oil leak

I ordered a Hitachi AC on shop clues. I paid the whole amount on May 2nd. The AC waz delievere osn 17th may.

Hitachi technicians came on 18th for the Fitting of AC and he told that the AC is defective. It has Gas and oil leak.

I am following for last 12 days with shopclues for refund still no response from them

My money is blocked with shopclues for 1 month now and I dont have a working AC.

Guys just don’t buy anything from this fraud website.
