Damaged Product But No Provision of Feedback

My First purchase, I bought a Kent RO **TYPE** water purifier.


When I tried to install the product, its membrane was flooded with water. Even an expert RO mechanic was not able to fix it.


When I tried to give my negative feedback, somehow Shopclue page won’t excepting my feedback. And review feedback about the product is still showing 5 rating.


Uff.


upto what extent we can trust, I just realized **Type** word in the description. And when found the product it was too misleading. I realized my mistake too but doesn’t mean any online site help manufacturer in taking advantage of it.
