I purchased a kids apparel from shop clues, of size 4 year old but they delivered 1 year old, I keep on writing them about this and sending photos of product which they delivered, they customer care is work keeps people on hold for 20 mins at least they are keeping the side of sellers.
They don’t even support customers even tough we provide proofs..it shows that they are cheating customers. They don’t have after sales service at all.
