I ordered thrre mi powerbanks from shopclues its very worst products on three on of the battery totally damage. So I returned the products after two weeks again call them to take the products but they said me to they dont hav any courier to take my products back so they asked me that the products to post there if any cost will be happens the cost again im recieve in cluesbucks. So I do that wat they say via dtdc then after they take 2 weeks tym again they say that tthey not recieve the product when I check in dtdc courier they already send the product in the address. Im again call shopclues nd said them to my courier alreday sended there they again ask me time 3 days but they solve my problem more than 20 days.
Atlast I got my amount in my bank account but the courier amount recieve in cluesbucks.
So this happens to me.
Then after im not baught any product from shopclues.
