The customer service department of this website is totally out of touch with what the customer is saying. I recently bought an electronic item which turned out to be something that I was not looking for. So I requested an exchange. They claimed that they had contacted the supplier but he claimed that the product was as advertised. My claim was that it was not. They do not seem to have a process for solving such problems.
I think the monkeys have been trained to click reply with a standard format saying the usual you are important and we are trying to solve the issue and we are contacting the dealer and other such baloney.
The proof is when I requested for them to reconsider they sent me the exact same mail.
This gives me the confidence to state the following -
Noclues has no clue of what good customer service is
Noclues has no clue on how to control its supplier
Noclues has no clue on how to resolve issues between supplier and customer
Noclues has no clue on how its website should be faster
Noclues has no clue that they can gain great goodwill by just picking up the phone and try to solve the customer problem like I find Jabong and Tradus doing. (Flipkart does not make mistakes)
Noclues has no clue that so many people are writing 43% bad reviews.
Noclues has no clue that I will never access their website again
And everyone who reads this please tell all online shoppers not to trust this site.
