I have been shopping from pretty long time.The overall site presentation is well planned and navigation is pretty easy.It has every thing you may be looking for. Also love to scan through the Sunday Flea market for different products.Many such small item are listed which is unique to this shopping site and you may not find the same on other online shopping malls.
The things that can be improved upon are listed below:
1> Quality of unbranded and at times branded counterfeit products need’s to monBrianbalakumaranred.( I had ordered three rupa vest @ 120 as the price and brand both looked attractive but to my surprise on delivery the quality was just disgusting appeared to be counterfeit, even road side stalls sells better quality products at that price.
2> When you select a product for quick view and then return back to the displayed product page one has to again scroll down from the top.
3> Jaw dropping / loot deals need’s to be increased and branded products should be included. Amazon’s Rs 1 /- deal with free shipping is very popular and lures the consumers to it’s shopping site for checking out such deals.
4>Exclusive launches should be focused upon.
5> Multiple photographs should be present of all products specially those listed under fashion.
6> Clue points / loyalty points should be made more attractive.
