Every one says Shopclues sends 2nd hand used products but I haven’t received one like that yet, I have been purchasing from last 2 years and no remarks yet.
And they are very good in returning money also when the product is not available. But what lags is delivery of product, we need to wait at least 5 working days after ordering.
