I have purchased few products from Shopclues.com. I have no complaint with the product and product quality but with the delivery system. No care for damage of the products during delivery. There no clear return policy. Its very hard to return any product .
I found one of my product creak but delivery boy refuse to take it back.
No answer of complaint
so the problem with the website is delivery system and return/ cancellation policy
if they solve these problems this would be the top shopping site in the country.
