I ordered one plus power bank from their site. Order no 77247987. Even though they are not the official partners of one plus still I trusted them and ordered the product. First I get a used power bank which doesn’t even last one charge. After complaining they initiate a return only to re order the product on their own. I had asked for a refund but they send me another of the faulty products.
The courier guy doesn’t even meet me or call me. This guy delivers the power bank to a colleague of mine at my work place. My colleague had no idea recieved the faulty product. Only this time the power bank which is white in colour has chalk powder all over it and to give the power bank the proper weight it is filled with iron block.
I mean a real rusted iron block. I had heard of people getting bricks instead of phones but this was innovative. Shopclues.com has utterly disappointed me. It’s been almost 25 days and I am yet to get my money back. This ordeal has left me with scars. Stupid people. Shopclues.com is filled with Thugs and bloody liars.
