Well there was not an option for zero star otherwise I would hav given.Online Marketing is now the best way to shop at anywhere anytime.Unlike amazon or flipkart this is the site where you will find all the products at the cheapest rate.Here you will find deals that you only dream of. As an Indian I was attracted of course. Let me share my personal experience with u guys.
So few months ago I ordered a headphone of rupees 1299 whose original cost was 3999.So I thought I made a good deal and was expecting it would be really cool.Journey of suffering started here.
First the expected delivery was 4-5days which actually took 10days.
Second it was not the original product that I actually thought.I remember it was broken in 2days.Then I tried to return it and did all the formalities.Again after 4-5days it was refunded but guess where, it came as CLUEBUCKS.I was shocked and complained about this.But they said according to the policy we did whatever we could and sorry for inconvenience.
So poor quality, defective products, worst customer services and what kind of return policy I don’t understand. Think twice before you order anything from here.
