Shopclues.com shows something different to users so that they can buy and give them the other product.its been 4-5 months I requested for return but they are least bothered about it.
Never buy anything from them your money will be lost, to my bad or good this is my first purchase and turned pathetic with lot of calls to their pathetic support, never gonna deal with them again.
I never got refunded to my account. Whenever connected, there is a default email bank payments will be refunded in 7-10 days, credit card 15-20 days, netbanking 15-20 days and payment status processed. Never buy from such website, product are also not genuine. Horrible customer service and poor quality goods. Avoid shopping on this website.
