No refund of money and no shipment of product

I ordered a product on 1 Nov 2013 and today is 20 Nov 2013 but still I did not get the product, neither they are replying to my mail. My order no is "8172359 "


Worst support and they looted my money. Please guys do not go for Shopclues. This site should get off the internet, we should complain about this site.
