I hope everyone is aware of 1st copy and rejected products from factory. So what this company is doing buying these inferior products and tagging it as wholesale ka mall. This company was started with the only moto to loot the customers. Almost all the products they are selling are either fake or rejected electronic products and I will not be surprise If someone tell me me that they are buying second hand products and selling it as brand new.
So how come this company is doing such things under the nose of police the answer is simple that India dont have any proper guidelines for eCommerce industry and we all know how our consumer court functions. These guys know how to play this game and they are very well aware that India is a price sensitive market and if "Bunty and Bubly" can sell Taj mahal so selling a Iphone6 for few thousand is no big deal, yup its only the name Iphone inside they have LAVA mobile parts.
they have no customer service and no proper channel to lodge complaints. But yes they are spending heavily on SCO to keep them on the top and to fool customers. They have design there website to fool customers. In my case I have ordered a Nokis cell phone but only got the body later I checked that they did mentioned the it was body only but below and small letters. After spending many hours banging my head with customer care and emails finally I have to write to their CEO on linkedin. Can you imagine that after the intervention of the CEO I got my money returned . Last month a staff in the hospital where I go all the time because of my mother illness faced a similer problem where he received a faulty cell phone for 6 months he was struggled with sopclues and then got his money. These guys have no money back guarantee, things once sold are not taken back even in case of faulty products or wrong products.
This is a warning to people like us who wants to buy everything online that we need to keep our eyes and ears open before clicking on the “Buy” tab. Only buy products from reputed ecommerce company like Amazon, Snapdeal and Flipkart.
