All are advised not to buy anything from qoo10( a shopclues group ecommerce site). There is no customer care. Had ordered two items from a vendor AVN Elite, Anna Road No.3, KMS Complex, Ground Floor, Welder Street, Annasalai, Chennai who sent a packet measuring 5" X 3" X 3" externally and weighing a mere 107 gms, which can not contain the ordered items, being too small. The package has not been opened and the matter is pending with the vendor and qoo10.in since 23 SEP 2021 without any solution inspite of repeated reminders and follow-up. There is no email or phone/cell no of customer care and only mode is onsite messages.
