I have ordered one Data Card on 15th Oct 2013. Till now I didn’t receive the product but they marked the status as completed. Regarding this, I checked with customer care, they taken as a complaint but they won’t take any action against this. No communication from their side. Every time, I phoned and checked about the status, they simply said the same answer, we are sorry for that, we will process within 7 days but no update from them.
Every time, we only followed and got the same answer. but no improvement. I am ready to file a case against them. Hope I will win.
