Pathetic product sent

I ordered a set of dinner set fro this portal. First of all they delivered it in 9 days. When I opened the package multiple items were broken.

I contacted the customer care but their response was very bad and rude. They didn’t manage replacement of the product.So better you avoid shopclues portal for shopping.
