I had bought a PS4 from Shopclues.com order no 29482869. It shows that this was confirmed and in quality check stage for more than 8 days now and has not been shipped.
There has been no help from the customer support side and no reasons given. They keep assuring that the item will ship in 24 hrs .
This is very disappointing and a very bad shopping experience.
They will also not say if the product is out of stock so the order can be cancelled.
