I use to think of shopclues as a reliable e commerce website as there were a lot of advertisements on television. I ordered a pair of earphones from shopclues a monthp
ago. I recieved my order after a week. When I opened the package, the earphones were not new, infact they were returned by some other customer who had ordered it from snapdeal. Moreover, I applied for a return service but no one came for taking it back. I am very disappointed. Never order anything from shopclues.
