Shopclues is selling defective and look alike products at cheap prices. Recently purchased a Panasonic Bluetooth speaker system. The received item was previously opened and retaped. When switched on there is a big background hissing noise. For a speaker system this cannot be tolerated. Hence wrote to them for return. They have declined the return and asked me to take the speaker to Panasonic for repair. This way they are taking customers for a ride. Don’t trust these folks.
