Very very slow refund process.

I bought a Mi Xiaomi power bank 10400 for Rs. 699 from Shopclues in the mid of January 2015.  The product was found faulty rather replica.  I requested for the return of the product. and the product was picked back on 28th January.  Refund of the same is still awaited as on 17/02/2015.


Think twice thrice before you buy anything from shopclues. The worst online shopping site I have found.
