shopclues.com will lure you all by it’s widest product range and unexpected, humongous discounts which can leave you spell-bound at a first sight. but you will be more surprised once you will actually receive the fake product in your hands. And the best part will come when you will contact them for returning the same, they will treat you as if they don’t care and their suppliers are the most genuine suppliers available on earth.
I had a bitter experience with this website last week when I ordered Creative EP-630 Ear-Phones from them. This was available for 300 re. there where as on all other sites it was available around 700-800 re. PFB sites for your reference.

In order to save few bucks, I went for shopclues and I felt like, this was the biggest mistake I have ever done in online shopping. The product which I have received is an utter fake and making noises like some roadside cheap gadget. on top of that, there is no MRP mentioned on the package too. when I contacted shopclues.com, They replied as,
"We express our inability to accept your return request as we have sent you the same and standard quality product ordered by you. Please refer to https://shopclues.com/return-policy.html for return policies. We appreciate your understanding in this matter."
Even after again and again explaining my problem I got these same few lines as a reply. not even a single line more or a single line less. and that was really annoying.
Today when I checked for the same product which I bought, To my surprise, that link has been removed by them. They might had a little chat with their Fake child(supplier) but this is clear that they don’t care at all about the daddy(customers, me) who actually give them their bread and butter.
Really disgusting.
I had previously bought a mobile charger also from the same and had similar lousy exp.
Guys, Never ever fall in the trap of this silly website. better you go for more professional once like flipkart.com, amazon.com or snapdeal.com!
