Respected Sir, I had participated in the contest in Shophunk.com.The contest was that I should credit Rs.8999 and if my name is selected in the lucky draw then I shall receive a free Samsung Galaxy tab 3.0 along with Samsung Galaxy S4. The terms and conditions of the contest was that irrespective of whether my name is selected in the lucky dray, every participant in the contest would get a Samsung Galaxy tab 3.0. I had participated in the contest for month of August and the winners of the contest were announced on September 1st.According to the terms and conditions of the contest, every participant should have received the free Samsung galaxy tab by 2nd week of September. I had not received my Samsung galaxy tab till date.
I am contacting the customer service center of Shophunk daily and they are not able to give any satisfactory response. My money is stuck with them.Kindly request you to please help me on this. I would like my money to be returned back to me or I should get the Samsung galaxy tab as stated in the terms and conditions of the contest. As a consumer, I feel that I am cheated by Shophunk.com and I am sure they are neither going to return my money nor give the Samsung galaxy tab as promised by them Kindly request the honourable court to deliver justice to me as I am ruined and cheated by a e-commerce website company.
