About 4 months back, I had bought Dell Inspiron 153521 laptop from Shopit4me. The First two months it worked amazingly well in terms of speed, smoothness and quality but after that the battery issues had erupted due to which I was unable to work on it without charging through the cable.I got paranoid and called up the dell service people who didn’t really bother to solve the issue. After which I called on the Shopit4me customer care line.
A lady attended my call who patiently paid heed to the problem and arranged a solution within 3 days. These people coordinated with the dell service center who then contacted me and delivered the new laptop battery at my doorstep. I had expected the company to take long in processing the complaint but I was wrong. Thanks shopit4me as it would not have been possible without you guys.
